Once you've made your decision to let us custom create your candle lighting poems, just contact us at
Be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number (including area code) and we will contact you as soon as possible. We will send you a simple questionnaire regarding each candle lighting guest. For example: Relationship to child. Nickname. Child's fondest memory. etc. You decide the character for each poem: sentimental, funny, sarcastic.
Please sit with your child to fill out the form. Use your child's first responses. We find they are usually right from the heart and mean the most to the recipient.
Work begins upon receipt of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. We will be corresponding several times (via e-mail and phone when necessary) before your poems are completed and delivered to your satisfaction.
